HOW TO REFER A LEAD/PROSPECT:
CRA LlCENSE/ COMPANY REQUIREMENTS AND RENEWALS:
You will be sent a renewal form every two years by the real estate commission. Continuing Education must be taken every two years to keep your license active. Please keep up with this, as we cannot pay a referral fee to an unlicensed person. Please also remember to update us if your phone or address changes.
Always remember that you can call for advice and encouragement. We are here to help you. If you follow the simple suggestions in the guidebook, you are bound to be successful.
In order to give your prospects the best service possible and to insure that your referral prospects are worked to their full potential, you must call:

Please call in your referral/lead immediately.... days, evenings or weekends.
If you have a relationship with an active agent within Century 21 H.T. Brown Realty, you may request them. If you are requesting an agent with an outside firm for a long distance prospect, please do not place the call to this agent. Every attempt will be made to honor your request, after speaking with you. All of your referrals should be followed up in writing.
[NOTE: We may be able to place a rental referral, however, we do not request a fee unless they will be purchasing in the next two years.]
IMPORTANT: Your referral must go through the Referral Division so the proper follow-up and accounting is maintained. Corridor Referral Associates, Inc. is responsible for getting your check to you upon disbursement.
